U-Cork It opened its doors in 1999 and has been providing great home made wines to its clientele since. Our commitment to you is great tasting wine, that you can personalize by oaking or not oaking, dry or sweet, custom labels. We use the V-Vessel to make our wines, which allows us to rack the wine without changing containers, ensuring less chance of contamination and less loss of wine in the transferring process, which often means that you get 29+ bottles. U-Cork It is the longest running on-premises wine-making store in Norfolk County, with 20 years in business and 25 years experience.  We look forward to making great wine with you.
